Roto Biomix Pumps:

Roto Biomix Pumps are seamlessly integrated into the biogas generation process, continually upgraded and optimized for superior performance. These pumps are specifically designed to mix and transfer solid bio-waste and digestate liquid into fermentation tanks.

Key Features:

• Customized Hopper: Available in round and rectangular shapes, with lengths up to 3 meters.
• Inspection Cover: Provides easy access for quick inspection and maintenance.
• Stone Catcher: Traps large solid particles inside the hopper to prevent blockages.
• Heavy-Duty Bearing Housing: Capable of handling high axial thrust and can be directly coupled with a geared motor.
• Inbuilt Feed Flange: Includes left-handed and right-handed ports as standard for feeding digestate, ensuring optimum homogenization.
• Cardan Universal Joint: Equipped with a sleeve protector and flight wing to avoid solid build-up.
• Smarter Shaft Sealing: Features a cartridge dual mechanical seal with an oil lubrication plan for extended life.

Roto Biomass Pumps:

Developed on the ‘Maintenance in Place’ platform, Roto Biomass Pumps are used for recirculating fermentation tank slurry and feeding digestate storage tanks. These pumps are also available in a vertical configuration for use in open lagoons to transfer organic manure.
