Progressive Cavity Pumps and AODD Pumps are used as Pumps for Sanitary. Both the pumps are Positive Displacement Pumps. These pumps handle liquids with different viscosity levels and chemical properties.
The Progressive Cavity Pumps comprise a precision mechanized single external helix metallic rotor and double internal helix elastomer stator. Due to the movement of the rotor and stator, cavities are formed. These cavities carry liquids when they move from the suction end to the discharge end. These pumps are self-priming, non-clogging and have reversible rotation capabilities. The rotors turn inside a resilient stator and thus generate less noise.
AODD pumps work with compressed air rather than an electric motor. These pumps are highly efficient and low on maintenance. These pumps are the best for applications that require low pulsation and smooth flow of liquids. These pumps are designed with various materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, ductile iron, Teflon and PVDF. They have a capacity of up to 60 m3/hr or 265 GPM and pressure up to 10 bar or 145 PSI.
